Speximo at Starch World Europe

Speximo attended Starch World Europe in Vienna, October 24-25 gathering the starch industry and related industries. Speximo CEO Malin Sjöö held a highly rated presentation on "Sustainable Stabilization and Encapsulation Technology from Small Granular Starches". 

The event was supported by the European Starch Industry Association. Well known companies and institutes were found among the speakers and exhibitors. Topics included starch innovations, developments in starch based feedstocks, clean labelling, gluten free developments, and value added products derived from starch processing.
