In a student project performed at Lund University in collaboration with Wageningen University & Research, quinoa protein was successfully extracted while simultaneously ensuring the EQMULSETM stream remained intact. Further, the protein was used to greatly enhance the nutritional value of a vegan food product. No waste and improved nutritional profile!
